WHO ARE WE?
Sewing Pattern Secrets is an Indie Pattern Company out of the Boston area. From January 2020 to December 2021, Margie Vaudreuil conceptualized and managed a team of 10 fashion designers in the development of over 125 digital sewing patterns and comprehensive instructions, vector images, fashion and technical illustrations, video tutorials, and sewing resources.
Margie developed a love for sewing children's costumes, home decor and essential clothing from an early age, starting with making dolls. Margie's mother was the typical home sewist of the 1960s and 70s. She made many of her family's clothes and costumes. Margie's fraternal grandmother, of the "great generation", repurposed/redesigned clothing for all of her children. The story of Kenny's Jacket is spotlighted in The Handy Sewist ebook and pattern included in the sales offer.
Margie's husband, Mark Vaudreuil has been the Director of Sales and Advertising. He created the sales funnel and the video commercial himself.
